MANAGEMENT

Jay DraimanJay Draiman has worked in the commercial lighting and control industry since 1991.
As an apprentice electrician, lighting installer, field supervisor, and project manager he has an extensive background in the field operations of an energy efficient lighting contractor. Mr. Bridges has managed numerous large projects including clients such as Municipalities – Government Buildings, United States Bases.- Public School District,  Private School District, and the UPS Corporation, Walgreen Corporation, Burger King and many more.
Mr. Jay Draiman has been responsible for material specification and ordering, labor management, project scheduling, and customer relations.
Since 1988 Mr. Jay Draiman has worked as an auditor, estimator and auditing and estimating manager. He has undergone extensive training from lighting manufacturers and utility companies. As manager of an auditing and estimating department, he has supervised five full time auditors, been responsible for over one thousand investment grade audits and quotations, and successfully estimated many public bids.
In 1999 Mr. Jay Draiman founded Utility Savers 2 Consulting with a goal to increase the standard of energy efficient lighting audits. To reduce costly change orders, to give contractors and energy service company's confidence in the foundation of their projects, to help property managers and engineers effectively document their facilities lighting and controls, and work diligently with customers to create a lighting system that meets their objectives.
